Nursery Manager – Hannah Welding

Hannah has a level 3 BTEC National Diploma in Early Years and has worked with children since 2007 in various settings. She is originally from Derby and worked for five years in a school environment mainly based in an Early Years Reception class, and also at Y Plan where she worked with children who had special needs.

When Hannah moved to Widnes she worked for Daisy Maisies at the Appleton site and then furthered her experience working at a school in Wigan.

Hannah has a young family of her own now and is excited to be back working with the company.

Jodie Harrison – Deputy Manager

I’m Jodie and I have worked with children since qualifying in a CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education in 2009. I have worked in two previous childcare settings across all age ranges. I started working at Daisy Maisies in April 2017 and I am currently a Room Leader. I really enjoy my time here, seeing the children thrive and achieve. The support of the other staff is great and together we work well as a team.

Gemma Warnick – Third In Charge

My name is Gemma. I have been in childcare settings since 2013 starting as an apprentice and qualifying as a level 3 Childcare Practitioner. I started working for Daisy Maisies in 2016 when the setting first opened. I have helped welcome many families into the nursery and settle their children. I am First Aid trained and have the relevant safeguarding training.
